Labeling
We use advanced labeling machines to increase production and supply. Our products are also individually scanned by our (LOT) machines which indicate the date, time and code for each product.
Packaging
We have many different types of ``Clamshell`` packages. Each package has its own distinct color and usage tips for the consumer to easily differentiate. They are also individually (LOT) coded.
Staff
Our Montreal based team of professional and dynamic employees main priority is to inspect and package every product individually. Our products are always packaged in house. They are also packaged once an order is received to guarantee freshness and quality. We do not pre-package any products.
Formats
We have 6 and 12 unit formats retail clamshell herbs available. The boxes are used for distribution purposes and can also become a display for our products for retail.
We use a vast network of transport companies to supply our national international customers.
We also have our own fleet of refrigerated and isolate trucks to guarantee freshness and on time local deliveries.
Fruit Dome Inc. has vast network of options by air, sea and land from continent to continent. We have special rates with Air Canada Cargo, American Airlines, many other transport companies. The airplanes are equipped with refrigeration and vacuum systems and trucks are always moist, cool and well insulated with the proper temperatures. Corrugated walls and floors provide constant air circulation and specialized shock absorbers reduce the chance of bruising the product.
We have obtained volume discount pricing from many airlines and pass the savings on to our customers for overnight air services.
